Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement sets out how Venture Nest AI Limited processes personal data on your behalf under the UK GDPR and similar laws. It supplements our Terms of service.
Roles and scope
Where the content you submit contains personal data, you are the data controller and Venture Nest AI Limited is the data processor. This agreement covers that processing.
Nature and purpose of processing
We process personal data only on your documented instructions, for the sole purpose of providing the AI visibility service. The subject matter is the domains, prompts and account data you provide; processing lasts for the duration of your subscription.
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors, each under data-protection terms equivalent to these: Anthropic (AI analysis), Supabase (database and authentication hosting, EU region), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), and Stripe (payment processing). We remain responsible for their performance and will give notice of material changes to this list.
Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging. Access to personal data is limited to those who need it to run the service.
Assistance and breach notification
We will assist you, taking into account the nature of processing, to respond to data-subject requests, and will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data.
Return and deletion
On termination we will delete or return the personal data we process on your behalf, except where retention is required by law.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (for example to Anthropic in the US), we rely on UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
