How often can I re-run checks?
The free plan includes your full report with one fresh re-run each month, and you can reopen your latest report any time. Paid plans re-check automatically every week and include generous manual re-run allowances under fair use, so your data stays current without you thinking about it.
Which AI engines are live today?
Claude, web-grounded with live search, is live now and powers your visibility score. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI are included on paid plans and switch on for your account as we roll them out, at no extra cost.
What counts as a tracked prompt?
A tracked prompt is one buyer-style question that Discoverable runs across your engines on a schedule. Each prompt run is stored so you can read the answer and track it over time.
Are AI engines sold as add-ons?
No. Every paid plan includes all engines with no per-engine add-on fees. Claude is live today and the rest activate for your plan as we add them, you are never charged extra per engine.
Can I track different products separately?
Yes. On the Scale plan each brand can have up to 5 product lines, and each line gets its own prompt set, its own competitors and its own visibility score, so a multi-product company sees where every product stands rather than one blended number. We never charge per product.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month or annual, and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front at the stated saving.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes. If Discoverable is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
