These terms govern your use of Discoverable, operated by Venture Nest AI Limited. By using the service you agree to them. Plans are self-serve and you can cancel at any time.
Who we are
Discoverable is operated by Venture Nest AI Limited (company number 17292532), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
The service
Discoverable measures how your brand appears in AI assistants and gives you tools to improve it. The product is evolving and features are added over time. The free check runs on Claude; paid plans measure Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini at no extra per-engine cost, and further engines activate as we add them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping access to it secure, and for the domains and content you track. Use the service lawfully and within your plan limits.
Billing, trials and renewals
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in the currency selected at checkout (GBP, USD or EUR); your subscription renews in that currency. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and no card is required to begin. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and sales taxes. We are not currently UK VAT-registered, so no UK VAT is added; if that changes we will apply VAT as required by law. Supplies to customers in the EU are made on a business-to-business basis only: EU customers must provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout, and such supplies are subject to the reverse charge (Article 196, EU VAT Directive), so no EU VAT is charged by us. We may change prices on reasonable notice, effective from your next renewal.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, as set out in our Refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the community engagement features for deceptive or manipulative posting. Contributions must be genuine, useful and disclosed where a platform requires it. Do not misuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
We own the Discoverable platform and its content. You own the data you submit and the reports generated for you; you grant us the licence needed to process that data to provide the service.
AI outputs and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Reports are generated using AI and live web search and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Discoverable is an analytics and marketing tool, not legal, financial or professional advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make using it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
